Is the cat furniture quality?
 
2.  Our variety of manufactures build the products with quality and they are inspected before they are shipped. You will be pleased with any of the furniture.
 
 
 
Do you take orders over the phone?
 
3.  We prefer not to take orders over the phone, but it you must talk to a real person, we will take your order.  The prefered method is over the internet since we will have a record of what you ordered in print.
 
 
 
What about your shipping policy?
 
4.  Our shipping policy is determined by the manufacturer of that product. Most products are shipped within 2 or 3 days however some require more time. You should see a shipping arrival time with each description of that product. If not, drop us a line, and we will try to estimate.
 
 
 
How do you ship the products?
 
5.  We ship FedEx ground or UPS ground. Check the UPS or FedEx Transit Map page for every product. It shows the actual number of transit (business) days for delivery to your state once your order has been shipped.
 
 
 
 
How do you figure shipping costs?
 
6.  We calculate shipping according to weight and zip code.
 
 
 
 
 
Does CatsFurnitureLoft ship internationally?
 
7.  We do not ship internationally because the shipping cost is astronomical on our larger items. If you see something you can't live without, drop us a line with your country and postal code and we can give you a shipping estimate.
 
 
 
 
 
What about sales tax?
 
8.  We have to charge California residence 8% tax, Indiana residence 6% tax, New Jersey residence 7% tax, and Nevada residence 6.5%. Everyone else is off the hook! 
 
 
 
 
 
How can I pay for my order?
 
9.  You can use any of the major credit cards. Some are listed at the bottom of the home page. PayPal is a very secure way of paying online. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, all you need to do is register and tell PayPal which credit card you will use. We will accept money orders, but be advised, we cannot send your product until we receive your payment.
 
 
 
 
 
How will I know if you received my order?
 
10. You will receive a conformation email shortly after ordering. If you, for some reason, do not receive one, contact us. Please allow 24 hours.
